In desktop header is getting changed automatically

I have set my header like this but sometimes my mobile header is showing in desktop mode i am attaching the problem image https://ibb.co/rFgf1x4 please check it and resolve it

We are pleased to inform you that your issue has been resolved. Please clear your browser cache and check your site again. We have disabled Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources under XStore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization.

Additionally, we have disabled Mobile Content Optimization under XStore > Theme Options > General/Layout.

in rest of the website the header is coming perfect but in shop page it is showing the same problem please resolve it as soon as possible because we are facing issue.
