Unfortunately the fix with out of stock products in slider hasn’t been added due to more priority tasks in the current theme update. Our developer team will add the mentioned fix in one of the next updates.

If not… is this still on the table? As I said, recommending products that are out of stock doesn’t really make sense.

Hi @mleihs,

In that case use this related.php http://take.ms/d5nZ2 in the /woocommerce/single-product/realted.php either in your child theme or parent theme. I suggest using Child theme for code edits. You can edit the loop like I did in the related.php for up-sells.php too.
