I just bought the theme today and I tried so much but it’s not working with my website.
I download demo, but it’s broken. And also so many problems I am facing. Please understand the situation and refund it. I will be happy.

Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard access and tell me what demo you want to install? We’ll check and help you. You’ll check the site and if after that you still want refund we’ll give that.

There are so many problems I faced with this theme.
The speed is very slow and whenever I am installing any demo it’s broken.
And there is no option to uninstall the demo. Previous demo data also should manually remove.

You should not say 24/7 Tech Support, If you can’t provide support. I am really disappointed with the item and support also. My site is totally not working, and I am on pressure after buying it.
