I can’t create pages and blogs petscia store

Hello friends, I’m trying to build the store’s blogs, but when I try to edit or create a new page, the error I sent below appears, please help me.

“The editor has encountered an unexpected error.”

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ Please check how it works when the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront is activated on the site.
Let us know the result.

2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

Friend, still with the same problem, I just start the text that signals the error.

I changed the theme and disabled all plugins, still the error persists.

Should I use the child theme or the parent theme?

Can you look at me?

In this case, the problem is independent of our theme.

We would recommend you contact your hosting provider and WordPress support.
