I am unable to use specific countdown on product

As we have not received temporary wp-admin access from you, we are providing the details for the correct configuration of the Countdown on the Single Product page.

Please note that the countdown will function only if the product has a sale time configured in its backend. We have also noticed that you are attempting to customize the Single Product layout using the Customizer builder, while your site is currently using the Elementor-based Single Product layout. To make any changes to the product content, please navigate to “Dashboard → XStore Builders → Single Product Builder → Elementor → Edit Template”. There, you will find the Countdown Timer widget, that you can add in your content, where you can configure the date and time values using dynamic tags by selecting “Product Countdown.” You may refer to the following link for guidance: https://prnt.sc/dqMUoLCUpnvh

For improved performance, you may also disable the Single Product Builder in your Customizer.
