    Dear @Jennifer,

    Thank you for reaching out.

If you would like to create a simple dropdown menu, you can do so by adding individual menu items directly. Otherwise, if you use a static block, it will be displayed as a mega menu by default.

Additionally, we recommend trying our XStore Mega Menu widget (https://prnt.sc/8KdWXUenReLu), which offers a wide range of customization options for configuring your menu items more effectively.

    Hello Jack,

    Thank you for relying.
We do want to use mega menu because we intend to create more columns, but it would look better if it wasnt full width.
There is too much white space unnecesary on the sides, so we want the to know if there is a way of getting rid of some of the white space on the sides.
    Something more like this: https://postimg.cc/bZFr2vkT

On the other hand, we noticed that on mobile mode, the search results are not being shown properly: https://postimg.cc/nsBsbJ9G
Can you help us fix this issue?

    Thank you, and best regards,

    Hello @Jennifer,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to recommend exploring the Mega Menu widget, as it offers the functionality to create a menu with submenus, as per your requirements. You can view examples here:
    https://prnt.sc/5rkExD1M6G_q
    https://prnt.sc/L53nrsbAZH-T

We encourage you to experiment with the configuration settings to find the most suitable solution for your needs. Should you require any assistance during the setup process, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Additionally, you may find our documentation helpful:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/03-how-to-create-a-mega-menu/

Regarding the issue with the search results, we have tested the same header search functionality within the mobile menu on our local website and did not encounter any problems. However, we do observe the issue on your website.

To assist you further, please ensure that you are using the latest versions of both our theme and the XStore Core plugin, you didn’t make any custom code snippets or file modifications that could make some changes for search actions. If the issue persists after updating, we kindly ask that you provide us with temporary FTP access so that we may investigate the matter more thoroughly.

    Hello @Jennifer,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that we identified an issue where the AJAX option was enabled by default for the Search element in the mobile menu. This setting did not reflect the configured value of the Search element’s options.

Our team has addressed and resolved this issue. Since you had previously disabled the AJAX search in the mobile menu, the search functionality should now display correctly.

Kindly check the mobile menu at your convenience to confirm that everything is working as expected.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
