Synchronize translation – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/103-translation-files-update , and then try to find strings.
Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

Hi,

You need to translate the parent theme – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/category/18-theme-translation (even when the child theme is activated) The child theme should be translated only in case you added custom code in child theme that includes localization functions.
