In Languages documents I downloaded from Themeforest there is Turkish translation file. But it seems it wasnt uploaded on my website. How I can translate my website into Turkish using these ready language files?

Hello,

You need to upload the files to wp-content/themes/legenda/languages directory and write the code $locale='tr_TR'; in wp-config.php file.
