How to remove sidebar from some pages - by rwlee33

Hi. I just downloaded the theme and installed the demo content. I’d like to remove the left sidebar from the Home Page, but after I removed all the widgets from the “Main Sidebar” it still shows up on the left, and has the “Search bar” If I add content, the search disappears, but I don’t want the left sidebar on the Homepage. http://www.designbykathryn.com

I’d like to remove it from this page and choose whether or not to show it on others. Is this possible?

Hello,

To remove sidebar from the page you should edit required page (in this case Home page) and specify Sidebar Position as “Without Sidebar”.

Duh, thanks! I knew it would be something simple. I found it on the Edit Page, the right hand side under “Page Layout” and “Sidebar Position”.
