How to make menu/all departments section stay on even when off

Hello,

When someone scrolls over the all department/menu section, when the mouse is on that page it stays “on” (the menu’s stay out) but when you move the mouse off the menu, it goes away.

Is there any way to make the menu stay “out” even when the mouse cursor moves away?

You can select “All Departments Visibility” – “Opened”, via Theme options > Header builder > All Departments.
