How to make link to Youtube, Twitter and facebook to the Prefooter area?

Hi EVA KEMP!

I put the Follow us : YOUTUBE, Twitter, Facebook and Rss Icon, But how i have to link these to the desire link?
I checked in documentation but didn’t find, Please help.
