How to enable the sticky footer and I can’t find the build-in option in the theme cutomizer.

I just want to enable sticky footer (not mobile panel I’m talking about) and set its z-index “0”, that as the end of the content sliding up with mouse scrolling down, the whole footer would be gradually visualised from the very bottom to its top.

In case you need see my site, I put the URL in the private area.

I figure there’s no build-in option in the theme customizer, so I probably need some code to realize that.

Plus I have a customized prefooter right upto the black section of the main footer as you can see, and I don’t want the prefooter sticky.

We have a “Sliding effect” option in Theme Options > Footer > Footer layout.
