How to download complete demo format product pages?

hi sir
i want to download demo of products. i want to add color, size etc , guide me, where these options are?

my domain is http://www.shopkett.com/

i am using these shortcut. correct me, how to fix it?

this theme do not have built in live chat function? in your demo , i can see the live chat option
if in this case, i will request themeforest for refund

The chat on demo is only for pre-sale questions. We didn’t include it in the theme package.

this is totally misguided! i bought due to this plugin feature of live chat
i have requested refund of this theme, i am going to deactive the theme, so i can use alternative
kindly refund my money
