Hi, I would like to have the All Departments (All Categories on my site) menu on the header display a pop out overlay will the child sub-categories but I cannot see how to do it.

I could make a simple mega menu perhaps, but is there a standard system way?

Also, I currently have them all set to using the same mega menu but they all display at slightly different dimensions, shouldn’t they all be exactly the same height / width?

    Hello @Simon,

You can try using the “Product Categories List” widget in the Elementor editor: https://prnt.sc/KypYEd2oBXOU.

Regarding the layout of your mega menu items, each section is adjusted based on its content. However, if you would like all item contents to have the same width, you can set the equal width in the item settings (All Departments -> Items): https://prnt.sc/e3EzVS2zWOlu.

Thanks, that fixed the width issue. Product Categories is not going to work, ideally what I want is you would hover over a category, then a side modal would appear with a list of all subcategories, more like a traditional menu structure.

For now, I can make a simple mega menu for each do to this, but it’s all manual so if a category is added or changed it will have to be manually adjusted.

If you can think of another way to do what I’m suggesting please let me know, but otherwise we can close this ticket.

I have created Mega Menu 7 as a test, it looks fine in the Mega Menus section, but when I assign it to Board & Tabletop it looks like a totally different layout.

I created 8 as well, and that seems to be working, I don’t understand why 7 is not looking like it does in the menu?

    Hello @Simon,

We have reviewed the issue, and it appears that it may have been caused by a caching problem affecting the Elementor content. We have re-saved the Mega Menu 7, and it is now loading correctly: https://prnt.sc/9zpas5nF72yl.

Please check it on your side.
