  I have the same situation as in this article

  I found that one user fixed it by disabling header generator, however I don’t see where the header generator shortcut is located. Please guide me.

  The status of my site is facing: I installed the Polylang software to make a multilingual website (WMPL is too bad, I cannot change default language other than English) Everything with Polylang is very good. I cannot add a location to the menu. Please assist me.

  Header builder can’t be disabled. Please try the solution from this topic – https://www.8theme.com/topic/xstore-theme-not-compatible-with-polylang/

  I think you should update a tutorial on using Polylang plugin to build multilingual website so everyone can know.
