How to Create a top navi bar for Blanco theme?

Hello,

I restart my work my project that using blanco theme, and I am intending to add some links on the right top corner, e.g some social icon or some terms and policies,

just wondering if there is any possible way to complete this?

For another, as I know Blanco theme is responsive, however, once I shank browser window, the website does respond, but then just all disappear to a blank page if i keep shrinking to as small as a mobile phone window. Do u know what caused this problem? why they are all blank if the window too small?

You need to edit the wp-content/themes/blanco/header.php file inside the <div id="links"> ... </div> section and enable the option “Enable top links” in Blanco > Header.

If you resize browser window then you need to reload the page.
