How to change the default “Return to Shop” Links to Homepage?

I have read the theme support and it has been applied but it does not work on the store
Can you help me for this problem

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
“Return to Shop” is written in the files wp-content/themes/xstore/woocommerce/cart/cart-empty.php and xstore/woocommerce/cart/cart.php , so you can rewrite these files via the child theme.
Please note that additional customization in files is outside the scope of our basic support
