    Hello,
i’m using woocommerce and elementor pro with the XStore theme.

The product archive pages are build with Elementor Pro and i want to add Filters to this pages, so users can filter by color or size.
In you demos i can see, that this is possible but how can i add these filter widget and how can i select the position? I dont find a XStore Elementor Pro widget for this.

Thanks so much for your support.
    Best regards

    Hello,

In our demo, widgets are added in the Shop sidebar via Appearance > Widgets (Enable Classic Widgets Panel should be On in Theme Options > General, sidebar position can be selected via Theme options > Shop > Shop page layout) – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/48-widgets-custom-widget-areas
About how it works with Elementor Pro, contact their support to get assistance.

    Regards

    Hi Rose,
    thanks.
Just one question. If we use the XStore Products Grid widget in Elementor and add the filter widget to this site, the product filter is not working. If i filter all products are showing.
Is it true, that filter is not working with the products grid widget?
If i use the default woocommerce product widget the filter is working.

    Best regards

    Hello,

Provide URLs of the pages where it doesn’t work and where works, temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look at the situation.

    Regards
