Help me upgrade visual composer and why woocommerce my-account order

Hi, can help me upgrade visual composer ,and i find that if use royal theme> woocommerce> my-account page click view order will 404 pages .

if i use other theme click my account there click view can see view order detail .

example :if i go my account there click view button will become http://store.sitnalta.com/my-account-2-2/view-order/19379/

but now is i go my account there click view button will become http://store.sitnalta.com/my-account-2-2/view-order/19379/

http://store.sitnalta.com/my-account-2-2/ click view but also back http://store.sitnalta.com/my-account-2-2/

or if at http://sitnalta.com/my-account when click view then can view all status

pls help me upgrade visual composer.

Also please provide us with full permissions to wp-admin panel and FTP credentials in Private Content to check my-account order.
