Hello, I have my theme translated by Poedit, but I can’t translate 100% only 86%

    I made the change in poedit, but I have difficulties translating the Fake Saler popup among other details, I performed the translation using the xstore.pot file of the child theme

    Hello,

    Please read this article – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/30-base-theme-translation
    You need to translate XStore parent theme and XStore Core plugin.
    If you need our assistance, please provide temporary wp-admin access.
    Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

    I’m translating the plugin now. I downloaded the original xstore-core.pot file, used it to generate 2 files, mo and po correct?

    Please try to find and translate strings now.

    sorry, I didn’t understand the loco translate part, I actually use poedit.

    Ok, I’ve deactivated the Loco plugin on your site.
    Please follow this article and update translation files using poEdit https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/103-translation-files-update , then try to find and translate strings.

    I did the procedure and left 99% of the file in poedit, after saving I uploaded it in the appropriate folders, but now I have no translation at all

    I do not understand you, unfortunately.
    As I can see translating for the theme and Core plugin work fine.
    Fake Sale Popup is disabled on your site, please activate it.

    It is your language in settings – https://prnt.sc/iGbOK45tHT6a It is names of WooCommerce translation – https://prnt.sc/VEp8rbi1iyG5 (not sure why you added 2, but, pt_BR.po in title), so you need to re-name https://prnt.sc/_97KeFam5_DK to xstore-core-pt_BR.po
    Please rename it and let us know.
