Header search form return same result - by seangtc

Hi

I am referring to the Royal Theme header search form.

In the theme option, I have set the header search base on “Product”.

I have more than 50 products under WooCommerce, but whatever keyword I searching from the header search form, it will always return the same result on the page.

Could you please advise what went wrong in the settings?

*NOTE: I am using WordPress LS Cache, and I have purged all the cache but still the same problem.

Hello,

Do you use any additional search plugins? What keywords did you use?
Could you provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site?

I didn’t use any other search plugin.

The keyword that I use are
heavy duty
medium duty
high temperature

Once we disable Product Sort and Display for WooCommerce plugin search works fine https://gyazo.com/08cc68e498374a9df2740779a195134b
I’m not sure why it displays the other results if plugin is enabled https://gyazo.com/b4c72af77baf2529857bb99a616d1b27 but they appear the same even with the default WP theme https://gyazo.com/ddba86cddca2cb990e5f5d345b106bef
So, contact plugin author about this.
