Header looking different while editing and different on the website

Hi support team,
I was edititng my header and I have encountered a problem. My header looks different in the editing panel and on the website. It is the logo which looks perfect while editing but not on the website
Please fix it

Hello @Mahi,

We are unable to verify the editor of your header due to certain protection settings. Upon inspecting it in the browser, we found that the issue may be related to the configuration of your containers and logo image. Please check your private messages for more details. If you have any other specific questions, please, clearify them in details.

Hi thanks for the help it looked perfect. I recently just changed my logo and the container which has the logo is suddenly really big. I have been trying to edit it but couldnt solve it. Could you please make it shorter? Thanks again

Thank you for your message.

If you wish to make your container smaller, you can adjust the width settings as shown in the following screenshot: https://gyazo.com/183f00b35f1a4c215b3f7326a7b3bc8d.

Regarding the logo size, please try setting your logo parameters as demonstrated here: https://gyazo.com/b7ccfcd7223240210b085e291741b755 (only adjust the width setting and leave the others unset).

Unfortunately, the screenshot you provided is of low quality, so we were unable to review it properly. If you still need our asssistance, could you please provide higher-quality screenshots and indicate which parts you would like to minimize?

Hi I want help knowing how to edit my checkout/order-received page , after i complete a order. I want the text to be different and for example move the QR for payment up on the page. Can you please tell me where i can edit these things

Do you have a test account from which the purchase was made? If so, please provide us with access to this account, as well as a link to the page shown in your screenshot. We will review it and see what can be done using custom CSS code.
Additionally, please describe your desired result in more detail, or we will suggest a code solution based on the description in your latest message.

no i dont have any test account , i just select any product add some details like name and random email for example, and then when the order is placed through bankovni prevodem, it shows a message like : THANKS FOR THE PURCHASE YOURE AWESOME”NAME” i want to rewrite all of that content in czech language , and there is a qr when u scroll a bit down I want that QR to come up so it is visible a bit on the top. and basically rewrite the text in czech also. Hi, I Have encountered a new problem on my laptop where i edit the website the logo is perfect , I am able to change the size however I want although on desktop the logo is relly weird and small I tried making it bigger which i could and see visible changes on my laptop although the PC one remained the same. Please have a look and advice how I can solve this problem or possibly solve it yourself. I am providing pictures with proof so you understand. Thanks a lot

We have reviewed your request and found that your question is not related to any bugs or issues in our theme. The text you mentioned is displayed by a third-party plugin, “OneClick WhatsApp Order” (https://prnt.sc/KDsWO24xhwvi). If you have any questions regarding the modification or translation of this text, please contact the plugin’s support team through their official support forum, as it is their product. We provide support only for our own products through our support forum, in accordance with the Envato Privacy Policy.

Regarding the issue with your logo, we previously suggested the correct settings for the Logo widget (https://www.8theme.com/topic/header-looking-different-while-editing-and-different-on-the-website/#post-468766) and implemented the configuration that you confirmed was working properly. However, upon our recent inspection, we found that the settings we set had been reset and the width, max-width, and custom height values were modified (https://prnt.sc/A3nh_1U2Kmd6). Please note that when both custom height and width values are set, the image may appear cropped if the device width cannot accommodate those proportions.

We kindly ask you to follow our previous recommendations and set only the width value, and optionally the max-width. For reference, please see this example: https://prnt.sc/6pVX8_oVACUR.
