Header Logo Does Not Change The Size after I adjust It

I have adjust the logo width at the header to become smaller 85px but it still remain the same size which is the biggest size 98px after I publish it. It is also same to the logo size at mobile menu. I will provide you the wp access at private content area, please help me to solve this problem,thanks

And One more thing is I have change the colour of the Text and line hover of the main menu to #bda060, but it still remain the same which is black colour…please help me to solve this problem too, thank you!

Hello,

1/ Theme Options > Header builder > Logo > Logo Width (Px). It is 106px in settings and on the frontend, so clear your browser cache and check one more time.
2/ Theme Options > Header builder > Bottom header > WCAG Color
