    HEllo,

My website have a header error.

WHen I visit my english website (.com), and I click one of the menu, it redirects me to the french version (.fr) It was like a bug.

I already set my header menu in English as English and French for French. But in french, the english header was appearing and in english, the french version was appearing.

    Please fix this.

I don’t have this problem before hte update.

    Thanks

    Hello,

Did you understand my message? It wasn’t the header in the blog page.
It was a header from a SHOP page.
    http://prntscr.com/iadhvw

See the website, go to french version and click BOUTIQUE
Then the header changed from French to English.

    Hello,

What changes have you made? Now we can’t switch between themes, can’t enable/disable plugin. Every time we want to do something we get 500 error.

Do you use CDN? Can you, please, disable it?

    Regards

Also, can you downgrade PHP version to 7.1 because Revolution Slider and Visual Composer does not fully support it and produce the errors?

You use not just WP Rocket but also sg-cache press. And looks that one of the cache plugins caused the problem with the menu, very likely because of the object cache. We tried to check if menu works fine with the default WP theme to make sure that problem is related to our theme and get the error, tried to disable cache plugins – got the error. Inspected the frontend and backend and see the errors in console related to some CDN script http://prntscr.com/ibbt73

So, something strange is going with your WP installation, it should not be like this. No matter what theme you use you should be able to switch between themes and plugins.

Please, solve the problem with switching themes and plugins and fix the problem in console related to CDN (actually I would not recommend enabling CDN if you are still developing). Check if the menu issue does not appear with default WP theme and let us know about results.

Please this is causing problem with my website. It was caused by your theme. Hence, my wp was suspended due to admin-ajax spiking leading to high cpu usage.
What can i do? Please respond.

It was already 2 days since my website was down. After giving you my FTP access.

    Hello,

You have updated WP and WooCommerce to latest version and actually, the last update caused this issue because WC 3.3 make changes with image function https://woocommerce.wordpress.com/2017/12/11/wc-3-3-image-size-improvements/

    Check this topic https://wordpress.org/support/topic/woocommerce-causing-huge-cpu-usage-spike/
Automatic thumbnail regeneration caused such CPU usage and you can disable it using custom code from plugin author
    add_filter( 'woocommerce_background_image_regeneration', '__return_false' );
and use the old way to regenerate thumbnails – Regenerate thumbnails plugin.
