Hello, i’m trying to update my header but for some reason the colors are never updated in the website itself. In the header builder preview it appears correctly but when i publish the changes it does not reflect accordingly in the website. The website is using only one header and the weirdest thing is that the texts are being modified but only the colors that are not being changed. Can you guys help me to fix this?

    things that i tried:
    – cleared litespeed cache
    – cleared cloudflare cache

    Hello, @kristyan,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options and check again.

In the event that you are utilizing a cache plugin and CDN, we recommend temporarily disabling them.

Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you provide a screenshot of the issue and could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand and help you.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
