Header Background and Logo is not changing

When I change the header logo and background color to be sticky, the background color remains transparent and the logo does not change.

Files is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access?

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

1/ Please read this article https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/139-cant-see-changes-in-the-header-on-the-home-page and edit the Home page header via Header Builder > Multiple headers.

2/ In case the top header area doesn’t have content, please do not make it empty area sticky https://prnt.sc/077jsXmyp88L
