Header 3 & 4 are the only header that work properly

Hello,
I tried to change the header of my site… but the only headers that work properly are no. 3 and. no. 4. The others don’t work and the site’s pages are such as the image that I uploaded on imgur, please see the link in private content.
What can I do?

Hello,

Try to enable WP debug mode https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
Let us know the result.
Also, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access (FTP hostname, FTP username, FTP password).
