Having problem with just bought theme on my new domain

I am having this problem.

What;s the issue?

It is happening as soon as I try to activate the theme.

1/ Update the theme and Core plugin – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
2/ Activate the theme and Core
3/ Let us know the result. If any assistance is needed, provide wp-admin access.

Maybe if you can check on increasing the limit of Max execution time because I think this is the problem and hosting isn’t doing anything about this

Hello,

I’ve disabled the Kirki Customizer Framework plugin and activated XStore Core plugin. Please check now. Do not activate the Kirki plugin, to prevent a conflict.
Max execution time can be increased by your hosting provider or by you in files, how to do this you can find online. This parameter is independent of the theme activated on your site, XStore just reads the value and shows it.
