Great work guys…. The theme header builder doesn’t work

So I paid 60 euros to use your header builder and it doesn’t even work… I want to choose ready to go headers but it just infinitely loads, wasting my time. Seriously, such a simple thing and it doesn’t work…

24/7 world-class support. 1 hour and 21 minutes have passed, and I haven’t gotten a reply. I’d call that false advertising.

Please be assured that we are committed to resolving this issue for you as quickly as possible. Could you please provide us with more details about the problem, such as any error messages you might have encountered? Additionally, we kindly request access to your admin panel and FTP.

We would also like to inform you that the header builder in the customizer is no longer supported and will eventually be removed. Therefore, we recommend transitioning to the header builder based on Elementor.

Well that explains why it doesn’t work. Ok, I’ll switch to Elementor. Thank you.
