Getting error while updating my theme to xstore 9.2.0

While updating my theme my website is getting down by showing the error there has been a critical error. Please look after this because of that errors we are not able to update our plugin.

Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
let us know the result.
Also, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
