Getting default woocommerce emails for new account

    I have read the article.

    The template name is same in both email builder as well default template. It says New account.

    But still only default emails are going

    In order to assist you with your inquiry, we request that you provide us with URL and temporary access to the wp-admin of your website. This will enable us to take a closer look at your settings and provide you with a more accurate and specific solution.

    To do this, please follow these steps:
    – Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m
    – Provide us with the username and password for the newly created account via the Private Content area. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s5mao7
    – Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.

    1/ We are writing to inquire if other types of letters work without this issue. Could you please verify this for us?
    2/ Additionally, we would like to know if you have encountered similar problems on your other websites.
    3/ Make sure that the problem is not caused by a 3rdparty plugin on your site or additional code.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your response.

    1. All other emails are going fine.
    2. We have not encountered this issue with other websites.
    3. We are not using any other custom code or plugin for emails

    Hello, @Seema,

    As an option, you could try deleting the current letter that was created using the builder and creating a new one.
    It is also possible that this issue is due to your website being hosted on GoDaddy, as there may be additional email settings there.
