Getting an error when I activate a plugin

    1. Please go to our website (see admin credentials)
    2. Activate “Iqonic Api” plugin
    3. Take a look at the error

    What can we do to eliminate this error so we can activate the plugin?

    Hello,

    As I can see in the text of the error, it comes from that plugin, so you need to contact the support of the plugin.
    Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.
