  Hi,

  I am using blanco theme for last few years. Now the site(ohlalajewelry.com) is not working. I contacted your support staff they said to update the latest version. I have updated it to the latest version. The problem is i forgot my password to enter (https://www.8theme.com/wp-login.php) the wordpress. There is a Lost your password? option but the problem is they said (Lost your password? Please enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.) i forgot my mail id too how can i find it. Please help me as soon as possible, the site is down for almost 2 to 3 weeks.

  Is it your email address?
  As for the site you were replied in the other topic:

  Please contact your hosting provider support to check the issue with 500 error.
  Your site doesn’t work even with default WordPress theme.
  Also try to reupload WordPress files from scratch.
