    Hello,

It seems you are using an additional plugin for this, so it would be better to contact the authors of that plugin.
In our theme, you need to create Footer static blocks with the desired content, then set it for the entire site via Appearance > Widgets (make sure that Theme Options > General > Enable Classic Widgets Panel > On) > Footer area, for example – https://prnt.sc/uAKzhLF7DmZ4
For page, you can set its own footer static block – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/45-8theme-page-post-layout-settings-8theme-post-options

Im using elementor which is said to work with your theme.

the entire site is working with my normal footer just the one page.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

From your screenshots, I can see that Classic Widgets Panel is not activated, please go to Theme Options > General > Enable Classic Widgets Panel > On.
Provide temporary wp-admin access, so I can take a closer look at your settings.

I’ve changed settings in Theme Options > Footer and added a static block widget – https://prnt.sc/h2qBVoP00jAA
Please clear cache and check now.

You need to update the theme – https://prnt.sc/isWqCWG5RVVY https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update
Do not update Core plugin before the theme, next time.

Please describe the problem with the header in more detail, and add screenshots.

    Regards
