Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
Enable Elementor for static blocks – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/47-static-blocks Create Footer static block, then go to Appearance > Widgets > put the block into Footer area.
If this doesn’t work, provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
