    Hello!

I hope you can help me. I’ve just updated some templates but my product (and portfolio) pages are now messed up.

The zoom function no longer works and all images are displayed vertically on the page.
The images on the portfolio page are cropped and the image-swap function no longer works.

Can someone please help as my pages look awful.

    Thank you

    John

    Hello,

I see latest woocommerce plugin version on your site, but our theme, as you may see on ThemeForest in changelog, is not compatible with the latest woocommerce version http://prntscr.com/gwtzh8 Also I do not see outdated files in Woocommerce > Status, seems you tried to fix these files and something goes wrong. I would recommend you revert your changes back, if you made changes only in files of woocommerce folder in our theme, you may simply delete this folder and upload woocommerce folder from latest theme archive (find it on ThemeForest).
Also, note that we recommend making changes in the child theme https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes because you’ll lose all modifications after each theme update.
Soon will be released new theme version that will be compatible with the latest woocommerce version, and after theme update, all outdated files will be fixed.

    Regards

    Hi Rose

    Thank you for your response.
Yes I updated all the outdated templates, and that’s when the issues arose. In particular the updated template “blanco/woocommerce/content-single-product.php” seemed to cause issues. I tried rolling it back to a previous version, but unfortunately that did not fix it.

I cannot find the older WooCommerce folder in Themeforest anywhere. Can you help please as my website is almost completely broken/unusable?

Rose any idea wen the new theme update will be released as this is proving to be a continuous pain in the … for us non-developers?

    Many thanks

    John

Please, https://themeforest.net/item/blanco-responsive-wordpress-wooecommerce-theme/2755246 log in with your Envato account credentials and free download latest version in Downloads section (this version is not compatible with latest woocommerce version, but if you change your current woocommerce folder in theme folder to woocommerce folder from this archive, most of your problems will be solved, if you did not make changes in other files of course). Please ignore the message about outdated files, the new theme update will be released within 1 week.
Feel free to ask if you have any other questions.

    Regards

    Hi Rose

I couldn’t locate the Free downloads on the ThemeForest site, but I did find an older unzipped Blanco version which I have uploaded.

All is back to normal again, save a few minor tweaks. Please consider this issue resolved.

Many thanks for your assistance & I look forward to the new updated (compatible) Blanco.

    Best Regards

    John.
