Featured Image Disappear From Product Admin

Just cleared the cache and still having the same issue – when someone tries to purchase a SIMBI item, which has a checkbox requiring them to check to accept additional shipping charges, it lets them add it to the cart without checking the box. The Product Add-ons developers are saying it’s the javascript issue within the theme that is preventing it from not letting them add it to the cart unless they check the required checkbox.

I’ve also attached a screenshot of what happens when you choose the add the product to the cart without checking the box. You can then go to the cart and checkout without ever checking the box.

Please check if this issue persists with default worpress theme like twenty-fourteen and reply us.

Hello,

Some plugin is causing the issue. I’ve just disabled all 3rd-party plugins and kept the required ones for the theme and “WooCommerce Product Add-ons”. After that product couldn’t be bought if the checkbox unchecked.
So please disable all plugins one by one to find out what is causing the conflict.

Hi i have the same problem! I can not seem to be able to change or add a featured product to any woocommerce product? wordpess and all plugins are up to date and cleared all cache, still having the issue. could you Please take a look, i included admin info as private content.

The problem is caused by one of your plugins. Please disable 3rd-party plugins one by one to find it out.

Hi, I have the same problem with latest version of Royal and woocommerce 2.3.15.
If i switch to Twenty Fifteen theme the field for Featured Image appear, I’ve also disabled all plugin but without success.

Thank you Staff,
problem is clear: if I don’t use WPBakery Visual Composer, I cannot use Featured Image.
Please solve this issue in future… probably I don’t use VC 😀
