We found that you used XStore White Label plugin and enabled options to hide update noеices (https://prnt.sc/NuSMNbfvEtZ6) so you didn’t see the notices of update for our XStore Core plugin 4.1.6 (which contains the fix of the main issue you have)
Also, we tried to remove the old XStore Core plugin and install new one but after installation we didn’t find that plugin is shown in the admin panel (ftp https://prnt.sc/vOGQWKfsToar – plugin new version and old version exist on ftp but on admin https://prnt.sc/e89XSobVHaTr ) – That means that ftp is not for the site you have issues or you have any kind of hard cache for admin dashboard
We would highly recommend you to double check if the ftp directory is correct and provide the full path to plugins folder in private content area. Also, you may try install/update XStore Core plugin from your side + When we tried to remove the folder of old version XStore Core then we had such issue 550 delete operation failed and 550 remove directory operation failed.

Hi, sir. I also tried to upload from myside, file uploading but there was a perimission issue. so try to upload plugin from filemanager in wp-admin.
I informed this to server support they are working on it. if possible send me the updated plugin, I will upload from my side

hi sir, I downloaded plugin from downloads page & uploaded in website. now site working properly. pls check & thanks for ur support.

For FTP , server persons fixed the issue. its user permission issue.
