    Hello,

Could you please show a screenshot of the issue?
Also provide WP admin and FTP credentials in Private Content.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Don’t know how to attach an image, the image isn’t online so I can’t link to it but it’s a big red box with a cross in it and the wording above.

    Other details in provate content

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Unfortunately we can’t replicate the issue.
I tried to send message again via contact form and it was sent successfully.
Please upload your screenshot to any web storage (for example dropbox) and give us a link.

Does the issue persist in Chrome browser too?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi,
well I’m not getting the error message now, but the emails are not arriving – it says they are sent but they never arrive.

    ?????

Right now I’m back to the “error ajax request” again – looks like there’s an intermittent problem with your forms.

And they don’t send the email when they say they have either.

Right, I already have the smtp mail plugin and the error still persists and is intermittent.

This has just cost my customer an order and they want me to recompense them, so how about you get your fingers out and fix what is an obvious and pretty critical error.

The entire point of a website is to initiate contact with clients, if they can’t submit a form then were up the creek, so please, no more “post a screenshot” nonsense, just fix it.

Otherwise how about you cough up the £600 to cover them for the lost order.

there is a screenshot, not that it’s going to help fix it.

    Hello,

Again I tested the contact form email was successfully sent and delivered to my email address:
    http://storage9.static.itmages.com/i/16/0614/h_1465930111_6375721_02e205a9bc.jpeg
    http://storage2.static.itmages.com/i/16/0614/h_1465930151_7657363_f101bae44a.jpeg

Try to change email address to another one (for example to gmail address) in Theme Options > Contact Form > Your email for contact form. Let us know the result with gmail account.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
