    Dear @Adrian,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Regarding the warning message you received:

    [04-Jun-2025 08:16:37 UTC] PHP Warning: mysqli_real_connect(): (HY000/1226): User 'r60302redv_wp211' has exceeded the 'max_user_connections' resource (current value: 10)

    This message indicates that the number of simultaneous database connections allowed for your hosting account has been exceeded. We recommend contacting your hosting provider to increase the max_user_connections limit or to review your website’s database usage to ensure it is optimized.

    As for the deprecated function warning:

    [04-Jun-2025 08:16:39 UTC] PHP Deprecated: Function YITH_WCWL::get_products is considered deprecated since version 4.0.0. Use YITH_WCWL_Wishlists::get_items instead.

    This message is related to the YITH Wishlist plugin. It appears that your site is using an outdated function that has been deprecated. We suggest updating the plugin to the latest version. If the issue persists after updating, please reach out to the plugin’s support team for further assistance.

    Please let us know if you need any additional help.

    Best Regards,

    Hi! Thank you for your reply. Regarding the first error (maximum_user_connections) is because the theme have some errors in it, and it is up to date. Also, all the plugins are up to date. If i change the theme to Hello Elementor, for example, it’s nothing wrong, it’s working fine, but if I switch back to your theme, it is not working anymore and I have some database errors in site. As you can see in the attached picture, only some sections are giving that error. If I put the Hello Elementor theme, everything is fine. So, it’s not because of plugins, but because of theme. I hope you can help me with this! Thanks!

    Dear Adrian,

    Could you kindly reach out to your hosting provider’s support team and request an increase in the max_user_connections setting to either 300 or 500?

    Please make sure to share the following error message with them for reference:

    [04-Jun-2025 08:16:37 UTC] PHP Warning: mysqli_real_connect(): (HY000/1226): User 'r60302redv_wp211' has exceeded the 'max_user_connections' resource (current value: 10)

    I tried with them, but the keep saying that the theme have some issues and they have a system called MySQL Governor that puts the system in some mode that restrict the numbers of max_user_connections. Thanks!
