Error after updating xtore core - by Pepe Mier

Hi! Hello, today I updated the xstore core plugin and after doing so the page stopped working, I had to enter WordPress in recovery mode.
The system displays the following:
“One or more topics have not been loaded correctly.
You can find more details and make changes in the themes screen.
Go to the themes screen.”

Within that section, tells me this:
XStore: This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend.

I don’t have a lot of programming knowledge and it’s the first time I make a website, I hope you can help me.

Xstore has also disappeared from the dashboard

Hello,

You have provided access to panel to manage the domain. We need FTP access – access to files of your WP installation. You have updated plugin but did not update theme and it caused issue. Before every plugin update we would recommend you to check the changelog https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/ and you’ll find that you need to update not just XStore core plugin but XStore theme first. Any core plugin update requires theme update to the latest version before the plugin update.
So, update your theme to version 5.6 via FTP or provide correct FTP access and we’ll do it for you.
