Editing I did to the theme went back to default/corrupted?

Hello. I have some problems on my website. I did not do any of these changes that happened. Everything just broke after restoring my site that came out of nowhere.

1) In the green, red, and orange circles the changes I made just reset, I had the menu spacing larger and I did not put the grey borders there, also the black border for the blue top header wasn’t like that (https://prnt.sc/KJDlki_uz0hw)

2) the formatting for the cart hover box (https://prnt.sc/2az4y2wPWo3A) and account hover box (https://prnt.sc/Ng09OlR8-0Is) just reset/changed

3) On the single product page (link private area) all of these grey borders came out of nowhere (https://prnt.sc/warKbzA76xtG)

4) this is the worst/main problem, the PayPal buttons are on top of the sticky header and hover cart (https://prnt.sc/SVW-3EyKTPa5) how does this even happen?

i have tried regenerating CSS with Elementorplugin and I also tried deactivating all plugins then reactivating etc. I also tried changing theme from child to main then back but it still doesn’t fix.
