Edit the pop up when adding a product to cart

i cant find where to edit the free delivery message on the pop up when adding a product to cart. i have tried the progress bars on the booster section but they dont change it. the bit that gives a progress to free delivery.

got it.. had to apply the patches to fix the issue.
can close this.
