Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please check this example https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/car-parts/ https://gyazo.com/93e2ab04a71fdab5c28831bc843e5e4b

I’ve tried the solution you provided, and I hope it works. Now, however, I’ve run into a new issue: why do the images I upload to my pages never display across the full width of the page? Is this a problem with the page builder, or is there a permission setting somewhere that is overriding it? I’ve studied several competitor websites, and they all manage to display images in full-width mode; I’m at my wit’s end!
One more thing: aside from the standard “Slideshow” element, does XSTORE offer any better widgets for displaying images? The navigation buttons on the native slideshow element are just too ugly—I simply can’t stand them. Note: I’ve marked the specific areas in question with red frames in the images I’ve attached. I really hope you can help me resolve these current frustrations. Thank you!
Hello @Jimmy Yip,
To display the section in full width, you can reset the default padding (10px) in the Elementor editor by navigating to “Container → Advanced → Layout”.
You may use one of our built-in widgets for sliders or carousels, such as:
– Carousel Anything
– Slides
– XStore Slider (documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/xstore-advanced-slider-with-elementor/)
If these widgets are not visible in your Elementor panel, you can enable them in the Elements Manager (https://elementor.com/help/element-manager/).
If you have any additional questions, feel free to submit your request with details.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hello. I finally resolved the screen width issue today; however, immediately after uploading images to the slideshow and refreshing the screen, the display became “cropped” (as shown in the screenshot). I have attempted this several times, and I have already restarted my computer. I am also currently unable to access Hostinger. Could you please tell me what the root cause of this problem might be?
Hello @Jimmy Yip,
Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
Kind regards, Jack Richardson

Hello. Why am I still unable to successfully install the Super Menu, even after following your video tutorial?
Hello, Engineer. Why am I still unable to successfully install Super Menu, even after following your video tutorial exactly? I have tried many times, but I still cannot successfully update and publish the menu; it remains stuck on the custom configuration I created myself, and I am unable to replace it with the Super Menu or static blocks. Could you please tell me how to resolve this issue?
Hello @Jimmy Yip,
It appears that you are using a combination of different menu features. If you would like to create a mega menu, we recommend following this article: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/03-how-to-create-a-mega-menu/. It provides detailed instructions on how to create mega menu content using the Elementor builder, which is also used for your current header.
If you prefer to use a header based on the Customizer, you can take advantage of the Advanced Menu options to include a similar menu in your header.
Please clarify the result you would like to achieve so that we can assist you in creating the menu with the most suitable configuration options. For reference, you may explore the menus on our demo sites here: https://xstore.8theme.com/#demo-versions-anchor.
Additionally, you can provide temporary wp-admin access in the private content area, and we will be glad to help you configure your menus.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hello. I am currently setting up a web page to provide after-sales support solutions and user guides. However, I’ve noticed that the search bar remains persistently visible, and I cannot find any corresponding setting to hide it. The attached image illustrates the issue I am facing. Could you please provide a solution? Is this behavior inherent to the platform itself, or is it being caused by the theme template I am using?
Hello @Jimmy Yip,
Please open the current page in the backend and set the “Sidebar Position” option to “Without”: https://prnt.sc/efjqP0N1NG1n.
Alternatively, you can disable the sidebar globally for all pages in “Theme Options”: https://prnt.sc/d8DQsg3MGQSz/n

Hello. I previously contacted you regarding an issue with my page margins that prevented the layout from displaying at full width. Why am I now encountering the exact same internal padding issue while attempting to configure other pages? As shown in the attached screenshots, I have already set the relevant margin values to zero. I request that your support team provide me with a solution.
Hello @Jimmy Yip,
Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
Also, attach in private content the URL of such page so we could check the layout settings.
Kind regards, Jack Richardson

Hello—could you please tell me where I can activate the Wishlist feature? I’m constantly running into issues with permissions. The template I was using previously had the Wishlist activated and displayed by default; I only temporarily removed it because I was customizing my theme. Why is it so difficult to get it up and running again now?
Hello. I have nearly finished setting up the basic pages for my standalone website. The next step is to add new products. Could you please let me know which interface I should use for editing? Since there are both the native system and the Xstore system, could you provide me with the correct navigation path? I am short on time and need to complete this as quickly as possible.
Hello @Jimmy Yip,
Please review our documentation on the Wishlist feature: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/how-to-create-and-manage-wishlists-in-xstore/.
Regarding the creation of new products, XStore does not modify this process. You can simply click “Add New Product” and proceed with configuring your product. For additional guidance, please refer to the following documentation: https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/.
About the configuration of product brands we suggest you to check next article: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/differences-between-brands-from-the-woocommerce-plugin-and-from-xstore-theme-which-to-choose-and-how-to-disable-unnecessary-ones/
We kindly ask you to create separate topics for your questions, as this approach allows our support team to provide more efficient assistance and helps other customers easily find relevant answers, rather than having multiple questions combined in a single topic.

Jack Richardson
