Hello. I am currently setting up an e-commerce site for motorcycle carbon fiber accessories. I would like to ask: does XSTORE offer a specific plugin to support this functionality? If not, could you please guide me on how to resolve this issue?

I’ve tried the solution you provided, and I hope it works. Now, however, I’ve run into a new issue: why do the images I upload to my pages never display across the full width of the page? Is this a problem with the page builder, or is there a permission setting somewhere that is overriding it? I’ve studied several competitor websites, and they all manage to display images in full-width mode; I’m at my wit’s end!
One more thing: aside from the standard “Slideshow” element, does XSTORE offer any better widgets for displaying images? The navigation buttons on the native slideshow element are just too ugly—I simply can’t stand them. Note: I’ve marked the specific areas in question with red frames in the images I’ve attached. I really hope you can help me resolve these current frustrations. Thank you!

    Hello @Jimmy Yip,

To display the section in full width, you can reset the default padding (10px) in the Elementor editor by navigating to “Container → Advanced → Layout”.

You may use one of our built-in widgets for sliders or carousels, such as:
    – Carousel Anything
    – Slides
    – XStore Slider (documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/xstore-advanced-slider-with-elementor/)

If these widgets are not visible in your Elementor panel, you can enable them in the Elements Manager (https://elementor.com/help/element-manager/).

If you have any additional questions, feel free to submit your request with details.

    Best regards,

Hello. I finally resolved the screen width issue today; however, immediately after uploading images to the slideshow and refreshing the screen, the display became “cropped” (as shown in the screenshot). I have attempted this several times, and I have already restarted my computer. I am also currently unable to access Hostinger. Could you please tell me what the root cause of this problem might be?

    Hello @Jimmy Yip,

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Kind regards, Jack Richardson

Hello. Why am I still unable to successfully install the Super Menu, even after following your video tutorial?

Hello, Engineer. Why am I still unable to successfully install Super Menu, even after following your video tutorial exactly? I have tried many times, but I still cannot successfully update and publish the menu; it remains stuck on the custom configuration I created myself, and I am unable to replace it with the Super Menu or static blocks. Could you please tell me how to resolve this issue?

    Hello @Jimmy Yip,

It appears that you are using a combination of different menu features. If you would like to create a mega menu, we recommend following this article: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/03-how-to-create-a-mega-menu/. It provides detailed instructions on how to create mega menu content using the Elementor builder, which is also used for your current header.

If you prefer to use a header based on the Customizer, you can take advantage of the Advanced Menu options to include a similar menu in your header.

Please clarify the result you would like to achieve so that we can assist you in creating the menu with the most suitable configuration options. For reference, you may explore the menus on our demo sites here: https://xstore.8theme.com/#demo-versions-anchor.

Additionally, you can provide temporary wp-admin access in the private content area, and we will be glad to help you configure your menus.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
