How can i change de copyright in the footer?
In the header how can I add new languages and create the pages according to the languages?

Hello,
To change the copyrights go to Appearance > Widgets > add the text widget to the Copyrights widget area and add the text you need.
To create multilingual site you need to install the additional plugin, choose one that will suit your needs https://colorlib.com/wp/wordpress-multilingual-plugins/
To clear the language area in the top bar just add the empty test widget to the Left top bar widget area.
