    Hello,
    I want to disable the page heading on the shop page like I did on every other page via the page layout settings (Show Page Heading -> Disable). But it is still shown. Even changing the Breadcrumbs Style does not change the frontend look at all. It works on every other page, but not on the shop page. My site is not yet online so I hope that you can help me anyway..Thank you in advance!

    I just tried to create a new page and disabled the page heading -> that worked, the heading was not displayed. But as soon as I set this new page as shop page in the woocommerce settings, the heading appears again. so it seams that this has something to do with woocommerce. any suggestions how to solve this problem?

    Hello,

    Sorry but without having look at your site it’s hard to assist you.
    Are you unable to provide us with wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content to check the issue?

    Thank you.
    Regards,

    No sorry, I edit my page on localhost before launching it. But I have a fresh royal & wordpress & woocommerce installation and have made no changes (only some css stuff but nothing that could affect this issue). So I guess that this problem also exists in your demo/test versions – could you please check it out and let me know? This would be great..

    Hello,

    Yes, there is a bug in the theme which will be fixed in the next update. Now you can remove page heading via custom.css adding this code:

    .page-heading {
    display: none !important;
    }

    Please take our apologies for inconveniences.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Dear eva,
    Thank you for testing. Sure, css would be a possibility but i want the page heading only to hide on the shop page, not on all pages..

    as this is a special Woocommerce page our option won’t work there.
    Sorry, page heading can’t be removed for Woocommerce page.

    Please take our apologies for inconveniences.

    Ok, thank you anyway. I just wanted to add that the sliders (revolution slider as well as master slider) don’t work on the shop page. Is the reason the same, that your options dont work at woocommerce pages? Why does in your demo theme/shop page the breadcrumbs work? In my theme the shop page doesnt accept either shortcodes or visual composer elements or any page heading elements like breadcrumbs, thats really a pitty. Could you consider to make your options work on woocommerce pages in the next update? I mean Royal is a woocommerce theme, so that would be pretty reasonable I think..
    And another question: Your name sounds german – do you speak german? My german is much better than my english 🙂

    Ok thank you eva. I think this issue is really importont as visual composer is such a great feature and the shop page is the most important page of an e-commerce website. So making both working together would be perfect..
