    Hi,

I have disable the lightbox in Woocommerce settings, but it dont work. Image keeps loading but nothing happens. Do you have a solution, like a function code to make it work for me? I have already try to disable all my plugins, but can not find any conflicts.

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards,
    Birgit

    Hello,

If you want to disable Lightbox go to Theme Options > Single Product Page > Enable Lightbox for Product Images > Off.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

If its not clear to you, the lightbox doesnt work in your Theme options, and I need the lightbox to work in the single product page.

I know all the Royal theme options, but now it doesnt work.

    Hello,

As I see lightbox is working:
    http://storage7.static.itmages.com/i/15/0821/h_1440140017_5247974_b3a6bf5529.png
To make them larger set image dimensions as described in our documentation:
https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/woocommerce and then regenerate thumbnails with this plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ .

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello Eva,

I have do anything you have suggest, but it still does’nt work properly.

When I push the lightbox button (on the left side of the image) in the single product page, I get a lightbox but a layer blocks the image lightbox view. The image is behind the screen.

You have acces to my account, please can you solve this problem for me.

    Thanks in advance.

    Kind regards,
    Birgit

    Hi Eva,

I have tested the images with your demo images size and now it works fine!

But is it not possible to use a smaller image size for the products in the shop? Do you know if there is a solution for that problem, maybe a plugin or code I can use?

My Client dont have that image size, his images are much smaller, so that gives me another problem using Royal theme for this job.

    Regards,
    Birgit

    Hello,

Unfortunately lightbox won’t work properly with small image sizes. You have to use dimensions described in the documentation.
    Sorry for inconveniences.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
