Demo Imported only 10 Pages?? - by r02 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello,
I have imported demo content, but it has imported only 10 Pages. Can you please suggest what’s wrong.

Also I am not able to add new row on Visual Composer.

Hello,

Only basic pages are included in demo content.

Please give us WP admin credentials to check VC issue.

But at the time of theme purchase, I had a chat with Pre-sales team and they said that all the pages are included. Infact on all the themes we purchase we get all the pages shown on the demo theme.

Credential on Private content.

Hello,

Our demo just shows functionalities of Visual Composer and Woocommerce plugins.
You can create other pages using Visual Composer editor.
What pages exactly do you want to install?

I am not able to Create NEW ROW on Homepage using Visual Composer.

And you didn’t answer my last question. Your Pre-Sales Team told me that I will get all the page on the backend.

Hello,

Perhaps a colleague from Pre-Sales Team made a mistake or understood your question incorrectly because demo content in the theme always includes only basic pages, not all of them.

I was able to add new row on your home page http://storage5.static.itmages.com/i/16/0516/h_1463432472_6075918_1cbb25a118.jpeg . Please clarify how we can replicate the issue.
