    Hi, thanks, i wait 🙂

    I’m creating a portfolio page, and I’ve encountered a couple of issues:

    I added the project carousel at the bottom, but the navigation arrows are not visible.
    The breadcrumb looks strange – it’s aligned oddly to the right. Ideally, I would prefer to remove it entirely, but I can’t find any option to disable it in the settings.
    Could you please advise how to fix these issues?

    Dear @dano111222,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    1. To ensure that the arrows are always visible, please select the “Always Display” option under the Hover Style settings. You may refer to the following screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/YhfrnXZcRHei.

    2. If you would like to remove the breadcrumb from the single portfolio page, kindly add the following custom CSS code to your site:

    .single-etheme_portfolio .page-heading {
        display: none !important;
    }

    We hope this information is helpful. Should you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

    The CSS changes are working, but I occasionally see this warning message on the portfolio page:

    Warning: Undefined array key “post_tags” in /data/b1/b144e44a1e…/elementor/includes/conditions.php on line 87

    Could you please check what this means? I’m using the latest PHP version.

    Thank you.

    Hello @dano111222,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Please note that the issue you are experiencing is not related to our theme, as indicated by the error path: /plugins/elementor/…

    Since you are using the Elementor Pro plugin, we kindly recommend submitting a support request directly to the Elementor support team for further assistance.

    We appreciate your understanding.

    Hi, I’ve rearranged the columns in the menu, but I can’t figure out why there’s a small white gap on the right side when I don’t have any margin set anywhere. Could you please help me with this?

    Hello @Luca Rossi,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that the issue you encountered is related to a known bug in Elementor sections concerning column proportions, where one column is set to 69.97% and the other to 30%. Additionally, the default column alignment within the section is set to “left,” which contributes to the misalignment.

    To address this, we have implemented a custom solution, which you can view here:
    https://prnt.sc/TjYCZIplcBu1

    The resulting frontend display can be seen at the following link:
    https://gyazo.com/a1ae29789244b0d7f3788b99bcee2d8c

    Should you wish to apply this solution to other sections across your menu items, you are welcome to use the same approach.

    Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance.

    Best regards,

    Hi,
    I’m having an issue with the following PHP warning that appears only on the Portfolio page:

    Warning: Undefined array key "post_tags" in /data/b/1/b144ef44-a1ed-4aaf-b310-cbed7e91127d/winterspace.sk/web/wp-content/plugins/elementor/includes/conditions.php on line 87

    It seems to be related to post_tags or taxonomy handling. The Elementor support team wasn’t very helpful, since the problem occurs only on the Portfolio page and not on other templates.
    Could you please check if there’s any conflict or missing condition in the theme files related to portfolio post tags or custom taxonomies?
    Thank you in advance!

    Hello @Luca Rossi,

    The issue may be caused by having multiple headers configured with the same conditions (see: https://prnt.sc/-UNshMBuKuWq). We verified this by switching to the Table view of the builders in the Elementor Site Editor.

    We recommend moving the other headers to the trash and keeping only one, which you can then translate using WPML. Please refer to Elementor’s documentation for guidance on translating templates.

    Additionally, we suggest disabling debug mode on your website, as it is a live store. This will prevent your customers from seeing such notices on their end.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team

    Hi,
    can you please check where I can translate these two phrases?
    They are already translated, but for some reason the translation doesn’t show up on the site 🙂
    Thanks!

    Hi @8Theme’s Team,
    That won’t help in my case — the system allows translating Slovak text into Czech, German, or English.
    What I need is the opposite: to translate the English text into Slovak.
    The issue is that the original string itself is incorrectly defined — it already appears in English where it should have been in Slovak.
    Best regards,
    Daniel

    Hi,
    yesterday I created this page (link below), and now I can’t access the page editor or edit it with Elementor. I don’t understand why — it was working fine before.
    I already tried troubleshooting to see if any plugin is causing the issue, but nothing helped.
    Could you please advise me what to do or check next?

    Hi @dano111222,

    1. For the translation, please add the following code under functions.php file locates in your child theme:

    <?php
    // Add this to your theme's functions.php or a custom plugin file
    add_filter( 'gettext', 'my_wpml_translate_add_to_quote_cart', 10, 3 );

    function my_wpml_translate_add_to_quote_cart( $translated_text, $text, $domain ) {
        // Get current WPML language
        $current_lang = apply_filters( 'wpml_current_language', null );

        // Target the specific string (case-sensitive)
        if ( $text === 'Add To Quote Cart' ) {
            switch ( $current_lang ) {
                case 'de': // German
                    $translated_text = 'Zum Angebotskorb hinzufügen';
                    break;

                case 'cs': // Czech
                    $translated_text = 'Přidat do nabídky';
                    break;

                case 'sk': // Slovak
                    $translated_text = 'Pridať do košíka ponuky';
                    break;

                case 'en': // English
                default:
                    $translated_text = 'Add To Quote Cart';
                    break;
            }
        }

        return $translated_text;
    }

    2. For the elementor editor issue, please try with the following steps:

    ⚙️ Quick Fixes to Try First

    – Clear all caches

    Clear your browser cache completely
    Clear WordPress cache (if using a caching plugin)
    Clear Elementor cache (Elementor → Tools → Regenerate CSS & Data)
    Clear server/CDN cache if applicable

    – Disable HTTP/2 temporarily

    Contact your hosting provider and ask them to temporarily disable HTTP/2 for your domain
    This will help confirm if HTTP/2 is the root cause
    Many hosting providers (e.g., Cloudflare) allow this in their control panel

    – Check your .htaccess file

    Look for mod_security rules or HTTP/2-specific configurations that might be interfering
    Try temporarily renaming .htaccess to .htaccess.old to see if the issue resolves

    🖥️ Server-Level Solutions

    – Increase server resources (common cause)

    Increase PHP memory limit (try 256M or 512M)
    Increase max_execution_time (300 seconds)
    Increase upload_max_filesize and post_max_size, Add to wp-config.php:

    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M');
    define('WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M');

    – Disable mod_security rules

    Ask your host to check mod_security logs
    Some rules can block Elementor's AJAX requests

    – Check for conflicting plugins

    Deactivate all plugins except Elementor
    If it works, reactivate one by one to find the conflict
    Common culprits: security plugins, optimization plugins, firewall plugins

    🌐 CDN / Proxy Issues

    – If using Cloudflare or similar CDN

    Try pausing Cloudflare temporarily

    - Disable Rocket Loader
    - Disable Auto Minify
    - Check firewall rules

    📞 Contact Your Host

    Since this issue is often server-related, contact your hosting support with these details:
    – The exact error message
    – That it happens specifically when loading Elementor editor
    – Ask them to check server error logs
    – Request they verify HTTP/2 configuration

    Hope it helps!
